Lots of fun things happened in October and its been forever since I posted something! My computer was broke and I was without one for three weeks!
For general conference, I went up north and spent the weekend with my family. It was a really good weekend and I loved it, all except for the ear infection and strep throat that I got. I was miserable. It took me a good week and a half to get over it! I loved the parts of General Conference that I got to watch though! (yes, I will admit that I did not watch all of it because I did sleep through some of it). I love going up North. I really can't wait until I can move up there!
Fall break was rather boring. I had to work all of it and didn't really get to do much. Boring, I know. But, IHC does like to control my life sometimes!
Chelsey's birthday was on the 25th and she wanted to go up to Salt Lake and spend the weekend up there. It was a lot of fun! On Saturday we spent the afternoon shopping at Gateway and we went to lunch at the Happy Sumo. I LOVE sushie! It's amazing! :) Anyway, after we got done shopping, we went ice skating, then to a really fun Halloween party! All in all, it was a good weekend being able to go up and hang out with her without having to worry about school or work and also I was able to see my family! What can I say, I love them!
Halloween was a good day too! I spent the afternoon making sugar cookies and i'm really proud of how they turned out! Chelsey and I then got ready and went to a Halloween party that one of her friends was going to and after being there for a little bit, we went to Chili's for dinner and called it a night! Lame, I know but we were tired!
Overall, October turned out to be a good month. I can't believe that its November already and before I know it December will be here! I will say though, I'm so excited for Christmas! Anyway, here are some pictures! Enjoy!

Life in general
I'm really horrible at this whole blogging thing, but I decided that no one hardly ever reads my blog so its okay. Haha. Anyway, life has seemed to have gotten super busy the past little bit. School started back up and so now I am working full time and going to school. On top of that i'm trying to be better at having a social life. It's still a work in progress but I guess in due time, everything works out!
The first few weeks of school always seem to the hardest. That also seems to be the week when everything that can wrong, goes wrong. It has definitely been that way for me the past few weeks. I did okay the actual first week of school, but this second week, oh my gosh. EVERYTHING happened. I am taking anatomy and I feel so lost in that class and the teacher points to something and I have no idea what it is he is pointing too, then I had car problems and didn't have a car for a few days with no way of fixing it myself, then I had friend problems, and boy problems, and ugh. Life just plain sucks sometimes is all I have to say.
Okay, on with that venting session. Lets see here... The weekend right before school started, I got the chance to go up North with all of my roomies from freshman year for Erica's wedding. It was so much fun. Its funny how you realize you miss people after they are gone. I really have learned a lot about life lately, its crazy. Anyway, continuing on. So we went up there for the wedding and four of us met at Zupa's for lunch. I love zupas. It's amazing and my favorite. Anyway, then we went and got some cupcakes, then went shopping. It was fun just to spend the afternoon together and catch up. Later that night we went to Erica's reception and she looked so pretty and so happy. I am so happy for her. They make the cutest couple and I wish them the best of luck through out life.
hmm, I know there is more to say but... it's a Sunday afternoon and i'm tired! So, it's nap time for me! Yes, I love nap time! Haha!

: .* Summa' Time* . :
I love the 24th of July! I love everything about it! I don't know if it's because my whole life it has been a holiday that is always celebrated or what it is, but it is one of my favorites.
This year, I got to go up and spend an entire week with my family and friends up there. Even though it was a struggle getting up there, (aka, my AC in my car went out) It was a blast! We went to the rodeo this year and I thought that it was a very good one. Needless to say, I also LOVE going to rodeo's. I tend to find to cowboys rather attractive so of course I love going to them. I guess you can say that that's my country side shining through!
The next morning was the actual 24th of July so we got up and went to the parade. I got to go sit out on the road with Kaden so that he could catch the candy. That little boy is so stinkin' cute despite his attitude he's got! He really can be such the sweetest, cutest little boy out there! It was fun watching him wave to the fire trucks and having him tell me all about the tractors.
After the parade, I took Kaden and all of the cousins and we went and got some lunch in the park and then met up with my parents at Canyon view park. I guess that Kaden decided that it was hot and that he needed to go for a swim! Since it was rather hot that day, I decided that I would take Kaden and all the cousins to the swimming pool for the afternoon. It sounded like a great idea at first, then I realized what I was getting myself into.
Sweet little Kaden has a fear of water and freaking out if he can't touch. I can't blame him though, I have the same problem. So him and I stayed at the front of the pool and played in the shallow end while the rest of the boys went and did their own thing. It turned out to be a really fun day and I really enjoyed it.
That night, they were having fireworks in the park. Tyler, Cooper, and I went to the baseball fields to watch them. While we were waiting for them to start, we got into a very intense game of spoons. Yes, spoons can be dangerous! A few people were smacked, but overall, no one was injured! It was so much fun though!
The next day I just spent it at home hanging out with my family. Later on in the after noon, we ended up out by my dad's shop shooting BB guns. Kaden was giving it a shot with his gun and it was so cute to watch him! He even ended up hitting an apple off. Amazingly though, he ended up shooting at the same time I did, but he the apple off. ;) he was so proud that we just let him believe him. I mean, who can argue with a 4 year old?
Also while I was up there, My cousins, Tyler and Cooper, as well as little Kaden, went swimming a lot. I loved going with them! It was seriously a blast! Kaden was so cute and such a sweet little boy. It makes me miss home so much! I just wish that things would work out better and that I could move back home and be closer to all of my family. Hopefully, the next year will go by quickly and I can get back up there! hopefully soon!
Anywho, sorry this was such a long post! There was just a little bit that I had to catch up on!

The latest news!
Okay, I have about a half an hour before I have to be at work and I don't really have anything better to do so I thought I would update my blog and tell you all of the not-so-exciting things that have been going on lately!
Lets see here... I guess I will start with fathers day. That weekend, a few of my friends and I went to Salt Lake to Temple Square and to the Gateway mall. It rained on us all day, but we still had a good time! Chelsey and I even took advantage of the rain to have a little bit of fun as you can see below.

Well, as we were eating lunch... my camera fell about a half of an inch and cracked the lcd screen. :( So from this moment on, Until i get my camera back from best buy, there wont be any pictures to share. Terribly sorry.
Anyway, Once I got back to St. George, nothing too exciting has been happening. For the Fourth of July, I was supposed to work. Chelsey and our friend, Chase, were going down to Overton to meet Derrick and watch the fireworks there. Well, at about 4:30, I ended up being put on call. I was pretty sure, however, that I was going to get called on. So, they went off to Overton and I sat home wating for my call to go to work. Ya. The phone call never came. So, my fourth of July was about as uneventful as it could have possibly been. I ended up going to the college parking lot and sitting in my car by myself watching the fireworks. I felt like a major looser. Haha.
So, since there, I really have just been working lots! I can't wait for the 24th of July to come so that I can go up North and have fun with my friends and family! Hopefully I will have my camera back by then so that I can have some pictures to post! Anway, that's all for now! Toodles!

May 2009
So... Since its now July, I thought that I would update this with the things that have been happening since I last updated it! I really am so terrible at this! I will try to be better so much!
My friend Derrick Is from Overton, Nevada. One night we were trying to think of things to do when his dad called and said that he needed him to bring the parking pass back to Overton that was in the car. So we decided to take a little mini Road trip to Overton! It was quite the experience. All in one trip we almost got ran over by a semi truck, Had some scary guys at the local Maverik try to pick up me and Chelsey as Derrick tried to leave us, almost died while 4-wheeling, almost got pulled over, and went to the walmart in Mesquite at 4am just to get donuts. Alot more went on, but that was just the main exciting things that went on!

Recap!
So... I haven't posted anything lately so I thought that I would give a quick update! Nothing too exciting has really happened. I went to Disneyland for a week with my Brother Kyle, his wife Tara and my niece and nephew. It was so much fun! That was the first time that I have ever been to Disneyland (Yes, I know, I am deprived) But I such a fun time! I loved it out there. We spent five days in Anaheim and then spent one day in San Diego. I really liked San Diego for some reason. I don't really know why but I did!
It was my nephew Kaden's 5th birthday on Monday while we were at Disneyland. We went to Goofy's kitchen that night for his birthday dinner and it was the cutest little place to eat! They have different characters that walk around to your tables that come and meet you and you can get their autographs and take pictures with them. He loved it. it definatly is a good place to take your kids to eat when you are there!
This is me and my niece Laitynn at La Jolla beach.I had never been to this beach before, and even though there was not much sand, I still thought it was pretty. The town of La Jolla was a cute little town too! Needless to say, I had aton of fun in California and I already want to go back!

So my friends and I have found a new past time. Christopher, A respiratory therapist I work with who has become a very good friend of mine has this amazing clubhouse with an amazing pool and hot tub in it. So this past Sunday after conference, Susie, Kevin, Chelsey, Christopher, Jordan and I all got together at Susie and Kevin's house for dinner and then we went to Christopher's to go hot tubing and Swimming. This is the second Sunday in a row that we have gone and it has been such a blast! It has been so much fun hanging out with them! Although its super hard to find a time that everyone can go, when we do all get together, you can guarantee it is going to be a blast!

So, its been a while and a lot has happened! I don't even know where to begin! I guess I will start with the most recent and work my way back as far as I can remember! Well, this past weekend, my friend Chelsey and I went up to good ol' Spanish fork to go to the Holi festival of colors at the Hare Krishna Temple. Can I just say that It was a blast! I had a ton of fun! This is a Picture of me and her and also my cousin Tyler who came with us! There were so many people there that it was crazy! You seriously couldn't even walk anywhere!
Anyway, that was last weekend. The weekend before was spring break and I also went back home for that weekend too! I also decided that my butt can not take that drive so many times! I may be a wimp but I will pass on the 1200 mile drive in one week! Anyway, it was so much fun just hanging out with my family and catching up with old friends! I loved it!
Um, other than that, I just have been having a ton of fun hanging out with my friends when I get the chance! School is still going good, Hard but good. I can't wait for it to be done! It will be such a relief! Nothing else major is happening. I am however seriously considering about moving back up north. I have this feeling that that is what I am supposed to be doing. Who knows though, I could just be crazy. But I am looking for a job and if it all works out then I will be going to school up there in the fall! Other than that, I really just am having fun and living life and going to school and working!

Life's little lessons
Life has dealt me many lessons lately that I have had to learn! Lets start of with work. We have had so many Code's lately that it's not even. I swear we have been having at least one a week. It is starting to take its toll on everyone while at the same time, I kinda like it. I have decided that I love adrenaline and being put in that situation. Its rewarding to me to know that I helped that person live. I think that's the only way that we as humans are able to make it through tough times like that. You have to constantly be looking on the bright side of things.
I have also been trying to figure out where I want to go in schooling. Most days I still want to be a nurse and eventually go on from there. Then there are the days that I get discouraged from school and decided that maybe its just not for me. I keep getting told that I am good at what I do, but sometimes I feel like I could do so much better! I guess that is just human nature I guess to think like that. And in a way we all could improve in our daily tasks!
Anyway, going back to the whole school thing, I am trying to decide whether or not I want to stay in St. George, or move back up north. I love St. George and all the friends I have made here. I really feel comfortable here. But at the same time, I miss my family and I miss the green mountains! I know I said I would never miss good ol' little Benjamin, but trust me, I do! I have thought about going to UVU into their nursing program and I think I am going to apply just to go to the school and when I get closer to being able to apply to the nursing program, it will definatly be on my list of school to apply too. I think I am just really torn right now and i'm not exactly sure why.
Well i'm at this huge long post, I want to brag how good of friends I have! Anytime that I need them, they are always right there! It's amazing and I love knowing that I can depend on them for anything that I might need. It is wonderful knowing that there is always someone there when you need them. I just want them all to know how much I love and care about them!
Anyway, just for a little run down on my life at the moment. Things are going good. I just need to remember to have a positive attitude about life and that everything will work out how its supposed to and when its supposed to. Sometimes I just get a little inpatient and want things done right now! I'm horrible when it comes to that. Anyway, School is good and boys are good. Confusing and frustrating, but good!

Recap!
So...Since I decided that I apparently didn't need my blog anymore, I will recap what I had written about before. Even though I know it really wasn't all that exciting, but its better than nothing! Well, Duane and I broke up and it took me a while to get over it, but I think I am finally okay. We are now friends and I am okay with that. That's all that I really need right now. I have been hanging out with some friends lately and I have been having a blast with them! My friend Brooke came down and spent the night with me on Friday and it was so good to spend some time with her! I miss all my friends from up home! It seems like everytime when I go home, I have so many other things going on that I don't ever get to do anything with them! Lets see here...Work has been super busy with lots of little sick kids! This week has been a rough one and I'm not so sure how much more my back can take! It's killing me. To sum it up I will just say what my cute little patient told me last night, "I done". It was so cute and I felt so bad for him but I had to agree with him. Hopefully I can get a good rest soon and go back with a great attitude towards my job! Don't get me wrong, I am SO very grateful to have a job and I love what I do, I think I am just getting a little burned/stressed out. It hasn't been the greatest past two weeks and I think I am just trying to recover from them. Anyway, nothing else really is going on thats too exciting! That about sums it up!
